Awnings: We DO allow the usage of the exterior awning, but advise using caution!  This is for your own protection as well because they are NOT COVERED by insurance and they are very expensive to repair or replace if damaged. Damage to awnings, any acts of nature, or negligence are 100% your responsibility and will exceed your security/damage deposit amount. AWNING MUST BE BROUGHT IN AT NIGHT AND DURING THE DAY WHEN NOT IN USE. Rain and water will bend and tear up the awning!

• CANCELLATION POLICY
  • If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive a 100% refund.
  • If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, 50% will be refunded, and the remaining 50% will be issued as credit that can be applied towards future rentals.
  • For cancellations made 7 days or less before the arrival date, the deposit or payment is non-refundable. However, you can still utilize the full amount as credit for future rental bookings except the $150 booking fee which is non-refundable.
  • If you encounter any issues with your rental, such as a malfunctioning camper or other customer service issues, we will provide gift certificates for future rentals only. We do not offer cash refunds.
  • In the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation for tourists issued for Monroe County, we will issue a refund for any unused days, minus the delivery fee, or offer credit towards a future rental, including the delivery fee. Please note that there are no refunds for unused days in any other circumstances.
